How long will my order take?

Preparation of your order. Each piece is prepared by hand with the greatest care.

• In stock: once your order is confirmed and payment received, your items are dispatched within 72 hours by express service.
• Made to order: if your piece is not in stock, we place the production order with our Italian atelier, which checks the leather and crafts your piece by hand (quality control, cutting, hand assembly and sewing, final check). As it is made especially for you, it is generally shipped within 30 working days.

You are kept informed by email at every step, from confirmation to dispatch.

Delivery times (express).

• France — 48 working hours
• European Union & Switzerland — 3–4 working days
• Other international destinations — 5–15 working days

You receive a shipping notification by email with your tracking number. EVA ROJE cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel has been dispatched, including customs clearance delays.

Delivery costs

• France & the European Union — complimentary (free)
• Rest of Europe, outside the EU (e.g. the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway) — €30
• Rest of the world (e.g. the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia) — €60

Any customs duties (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.
