Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it, for any reason. To be refunded, the piece must be returned in exactly the same condition as on delivery: in its original box, unworn, and with its label. Items returned incomplete, soiled, damaged or without their original packaging and label cannot be refunded. Returns beyond this period will be refused.

How to return.

• From France & the EU: returns are free. Request your return label by email at evaroje@gmail.com, re-pack your piece (ideally in the original box) and affix the label.
• International & overseas territories: the return is at the customer's cost. Enclose a note with your name, order number and the items returned, and send to: EVA ROJE, 28 rue des Martyrs de la Résistance, 06240 Beausoleil, France. You have 14 days to return. Shipping and any customs charges are the customer's responsibility. For orders paid with PayPal, return costs may be reimbursed by PayPal on request.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for another size, email evaroje@gmail.com. We'll ask you to reship the item; once received and checked (undamaged, unworn, unsoiled), we send your chosen item, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and validated, we refund within a maximum of 15 days to the card used for the order. The date the credit appears depends on your bank.
